About the position
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level, Outside Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing company. This role offers a salary plus commission pay structure, making it ideal for individuals looking to influence their income through their efforts. The position focuses on building and managing relationships with business referral partners such as plumbers, insurance agents, and property managers, who can provide work referrals to our company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals to refer new clients.
- Plan and attend marketing 'table' days.
- Collaborate directly with the general manager to track business development progress.
- Complete paid training and orientation.
- Develop creative campaigns to market to referral partners.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative and produce results.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not required.
- Networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
