As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for generating leads for potential clients while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve engaging with prospective clients face-to-face at their homes, requiring you to be on your feet and moving for extended periods. You will receive training that can lead to career paths in Project Management, Outside Sales, or Leadership, and you will gain a solid understanding of exterior home structures and functions, which you will confidently express to prospective clients. Additionally, you will coordinate with company appointment setters to schedule estimates, enter leads and appointments daily to earn commissions, and collaborate with other departments for large-scale company sales events throughout the year. Ongoing sales training will be provided weekly, either in groups or one-on-one with a mentor or manager.
