As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for generating leads for potential clients while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve engaging with prospective clients face-to-face at their homes, requiring you to be on your feet and moving for extended periods. You will receive training that can lead to career paths in Project Management, Outside Sales, or Leadership, and you will gain a solid understanding of exterior home structures and functions, which you will confidently express to prospective clients. Additionally, you will coordinate with company appointment setters to schedule estimates, enter leads and appointments daily to earn commissions, and collaborate with other departments for large-scale company sales events throughout the year. Ongoing sales training will be provided weekly, either in groups or one-on-one with a mentor or manager.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients face-to-face at their homes.
  • Be on your feet and moving for extended periods of time.
  • Receive training that can translate to a career path in Project Management, Outside Sales, or Leadership.
  • Gain a solid knowledge of exterior home structures and functions and express these to prospective clients confidently.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Vivax Pros products and services and what differentiates our company from others.
  • Coordinate with company appointment setters to schedule prospective client estimates.
  • Enter leads and appointments made every day to earn commissions.
  • Work with other departments for large-scale company sales events throughout the year.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis in groups or 1:1 with mentor/manager.
