About the position

The Entry-Level Sales Executive at Genesis Global Group is responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives within a defined territory. This role focuses on obtaining new business, exceeding sales budgets, and developing long-term client relationships through effective sales presentations and territory management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
  • Obtain new business and exceed annual territory sales budget by presenting new test information and seeking new revenue sources.
  • Develop and present personalized sales presentations to professional audiences such as physicians and laboratory staff.
  • Establish positive long-term client relations through scheduled calls with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients and manage the assigned territory.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans, and territory management activities.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to develop the assigned territory in line with company objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Well-developed multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong energy, motivation, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and internet functions.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience preferred, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
