About The Position

The Entry Level Sales Program at StoryPoint Group is designed to prepare entry-level professionals for sales and leadership roles within the organization. This position combines foundational training in industry fundamentals with coaching in consultative selling skills, presentations, and public speaking. Participants will develop their skills in team leadership and technical selling, with the potential for future regional leadership and coaching responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1 - 2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team to learn valuable aspects of the organization and professional selling skills.
• Develop a clear understanding of Independence Village and StoryPoint brands.
• Become fully aware of the needs of seniors and their families.
• Communicate intelligently and professionally with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate appropriate urgency in sales interactions.
• Successfully develop connections with prospective residents.
• Proficiently handle call center duties and in-home visits.
• Commit to continuous personal development.
