Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote new products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
