Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided.
  • Set appointments and make effective qualifying sales calls.
  • Manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service.
  • Identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Attend weekly Monday office meetings in Troy.
  • Service existing client base while acquiring your own.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on client management/growth, training, and leadership development.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
