Responsibilities

• Service existing customers and assist with processing new insurance applications.
• Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Answer the phone and update client and policy information.
• Review premium changes and verify coverage.
• Welcome new customers via phone, email, and text.
• Contact existing clients and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Promote positive partnerships between service and sales teams.

Requirements

• No experience needed, but 2 years of previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and possess a positive attitude.
• PC skills are required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
