About the position

As an Entry Level Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps) at Auto Data Direct (ADD), you will be part of a team dedicated to the continuous improvement and support of customer-facing products. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions to address complex business and technical challenges, utilizing various technologies and automation processes to enhance system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop new solutions to solve complex business and technical needs.
• Work with SIEM tools to enhance security and monitoring.
• Collect and analyze system requirements for effective solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and select appropriate technology solutions.
• Automate build, deployment, and testing processes for production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with virtualization, scripting and automation, server hardware, and/or network communications desired.
• Experience with both Windows and Linux server operating systems preferred.
• Preferred programming and scripting languages include: Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and Go.
• Preferred industry standard certifications include: CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, KCSA, PCA, ICA, CGOA, and AWS.
• Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
