Responsibilities
- Work with a world-class team of engineers to develop, deliver, and support a suite of products intended to help the world’s largest Enterprises ensure that their networks are running smoothly and securely.
- Maintain and develop our CI/CD environments which support all of our various product builds.
- Own our build procedures – everything from daily dev builds to released products.
- Own our product installers.
- Own and maintain our cloud and virtual development infrastructure.
- Keep a watchful eye on team spend in our cloud environments.
- Own product security, the tools used to run scans, and the output of the scans for both customer and internal consumption.
- Help drive process for continuous improvement of product security.
- Be an advocate for automation of process and help the broader team achieve these objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with several different languages.
- Willingness to learn a variety of different coding/scripting languages.
- Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to solve complex problems in unique ways.
- A self-starter with a drive for digging into and understanding code/process and how it works.
- Passion for continual improvement and automation of tasks.
- Desire to be part of a winning Agile team.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with the Atlassian toolchain – Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo or Jenkins.
- Experience with the WiX Toolset for Windows Installers.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with OpenStack.
- Experience with VMWare ESXi.
- Exposure to various software security scanning tools such as Tenable Nessus, OWASP Zap, and JFrog Xray.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Experience with C/C++, Java, Python, JSON, XML.
- Familiarity with networking, TCP/IP.
