About the position

As an Inside Sales/Software Advisor at SelectHub, you will be stepping into a unique sales role that emphasizes helping potential customers rather than traditional cold calling. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to assist others in their software research journey, making it an ideal opportunity for those who want to make a meaningful impact while earning a competitive salary. You will be responsible for following up with leads who have expressed interest in SelectHub's software platform, allowing you to engage with individuals who are already interested in learning more about the solutions we offer. Your primary task will be to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, which not only saves them time but also enhances their decision-making process in selecting the right software for their business needs. The role includes extensive in-office training for the first three months, ensuring you are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. From day one, you will be eligible for commissions, and our Software Advisors typically engage in 10-15 conversations daily, achieving a high conversion rate. The compensation structure is performance-based, meaning your earnings can significantly increase based on your success in meeting and exceeding performance targets. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and valuable stock options, making this position not only rewarding in terms of salary but also in long-term financial growth. Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads who have requested access to SelectHub's software platform.
  • Understand customer needs and make relevant product recommendations.
  • Engage in 10-15 conversations daily with potential customers.
  • Achieve daily conversation goals through persistent outreach.
  • Participate in extensive in-office training for the first three months.
  • Work towards meeting performance metrics to qualify for work-from-home options.

Requirements

  • No prior sales experience required, but previous inside or outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to make 100+ dials to reach daily conversation goals.
  • Open to coaching and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and possess exceptional people skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet under pressure and demonstrate discipline in completing tasks.
