About the position

The QA Engineer position at 365Labs involves creating and executing test cases, discovering bugs, and providing user support. The role emphasizes both manual and automated testing, with a focus on continuous improvement of the product. Candidates are expected to learn coding for automation and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases and maintain an up-to-date list of test cases for the application.
• Execute test cases for planned releases and perform ad-hoc testing as necessary.
• Automate test cases using C# to improve efficiency in the testing process.
• Act as the first level of escalation for support issues.

Requirements

• Must be domiciled within a 30-mile radius of the 365Labs Baton Rouge Campus.
• Ability to create and execute test cases.
• Basic programming skills and willingness to learn automation.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or C# is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with manual testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools.
