About The Position

As an Entry Level Solar Sales Athlete at Sunrun, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for the sales team, contributing to the transition to clean energy. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, commission-based sales, or retail sales preferred.
• Continuous learner with a strong aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and create a productive personal work schedule.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Previous solar experience could qualify you for a position as a Fusion Expert (Sales Closer).

Responsibilities

• Professionally conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned residential areas to generate leads and promote solar energy solutions.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Experts to address customer questions and provide detailed information.
• Participate in training and team meetings to enhance industry knowledge and earning potential.
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with Sales Experts to ensure a smooth customer account flow through the installation process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics to ensure goals are met.
