About the position

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for developing onsite resource business, managing client relationships, and driving topline revenue. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring client satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to present services, respond to proposals, and grow existing accounts organically.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain an ongoing database of possible candidates for all relevant categories.
  • Lead all aspects of recruiting and placement to ensure success and partner with HR where needed.
  • Manage account relationships to ensure client satisfaction and account retention while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Strive to organically expand current business with clients.
  • Conduct secondary research to become knowledgeable about relevant categories, products, or companies.
  • Provide professional client service to internal and external clients.
  • Foster a positive environment of teamwork.
  • Interface effectively with Business Development and Operational teams.
  • Serve as the client's voice in internal team meetings.
  • Understand how and when to bring in resources and communicate the vision to them.
  • Partner with HR to successfully onboard new hires/onsite placements.
  • Respond to RFP/Qs and assist with Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Develop processes and systems to manage the K'Source business.
  • Make recommendations for tools to help with tracking and sourcing opportunities.
  • Plan and manage to ensure stable operation of the K'Source infrastructure.
  • Ensure team performance is maximized and roles are understood.
  • Work closely with executives to initiate relationships with targeted companies.
  • Lead account development within assigned clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify prospects and key decision makers within target accounts.
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities.
  • Produce and deliver sales proposals and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Account Management experience in a related creative services environment.
  • Experience in new business development across all business Kaleidoscope supports.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business development targets.
  • Experience identifying prospective clients and establishing new contacts.
  • Proven superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships with empathetic listening and strategic thinking.
  • Critical thinking skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
