The Entry Level Technical Recruiter at Johnson Service Group, Inc. is responsible for developing relationships with candidates and collaborating with clients to provide effective recruitment services. This role involves understanding client needs, communicating job responsibilities, and managing candidate interactions throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting candidates using various resources such as LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and Bullhorn.
• Discovering, qualifying, and establishing relationships with candidates.
• Clearly communicating job responsibilities, company culture, and operations to candidates.
• Crafting comprehensive verbal and written summaries to accompany candidate submissions to the Business Development Manager.
• Scheduling interviews and acting as a liaison between candidates and the Business Development Manager.
• Performing reference checks on candidates prior to hire.
• Consistently updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate information, activity records, and interview summaries.
• Researching, analyzing, and presenting hiring statistics to management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
• A self-driven, goal-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work well on a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable on the phone.
