As a Home Installation Technician at MasTec Advanced Technologies, you will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining high-tech satellite and smart home systems. Responsibilities
- Install and maintain satellite and smart home technology systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer connections.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines during installations.
- Manage tasks independently and offer personalized solutions to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and work with 36-foot ladders.
- Physically fit for kneeling, crawling, and bending.
- Pass pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug tests.
