Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
- Assist in inspecting and testing for defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
- Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to fit the unit.
- Assist in repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC components.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver's license and good driving record is required.
- No experience necessary.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to comply with OSHA regulations regarding Protective Clothing and Equipment, such as goggles, gloves, etc.
- Ability to safely use solvents and other chemicals.
