Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of entry-level sales processes and concepts.
• Assist in generating revenue by collaborating with the Sales Representative team to identify and boost individual talents.
• Ensure efficient implementation of systems and processes used by the sales team to comply with client operating policies.
• Maintain the integrity of the company by handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy while complying with company policy.
• Support quality assurance by analyzing customer feedback and reporting to upper management.

Requirements
