In this role, you will capture and edit videos that highlight our Christmas projects, events, and business operations. You will collaborate with our team to create engaging content for our new YouTube channel and assist in setting up and organizing video shoots that capture the spirit of the season. This position offers a unique chance to learn the ins and outs of videography in a small business setting, with a focus on storytelling and brand-building. We are looking for someone who has a love for Christmas and all things festive. Basic videography and video editing skills are required, and experience with platforms like Final Cut Pro is a plus. A background in A/V, such as having taken a course in high school or community college, is also beneficial. We value an inquisitive nature—someone who asks lots of questions and digs deep to help tell our story effectively. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and composition is essential. We are seeking a self-starter attitude—someone motivated and able to work independently without needing their hand held. Flexible scheduling is important to us; we understand everyone has different schedules, so we're happy to work with yours. However, being available during key project times is a big plus!
