Entry Ride Operator

About the position

The Entry Ride Operator (E.R.O.) at Waters Car Wash is responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient entry process for vehicles into the car wash tunnel while providing an entertaining and engaging experience for customers. This role involves maintaining site cleanliness, interacting with customers, and preparing vehicles for washing, all while embodying the company's core values of hospitality, quality, speed, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Speak/Sing into microphone or headset to entertain customers and members.
• Direct customers using directional signs while ensuring they follow directions safely.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, staying alert for potential hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Self-motivated with a friendly personality and excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge is a plus.
