About the position

The Environmental Engineering Project Manager will play a crucial role in assisting clients with environmental compliance and navigating complex regulations. This position involves building client relationships, understanding how environmental services impact business objectives, and contributing to the growth of the environmental practice team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating and complying with environmental regulations.
• Build and maintain business and client relationships.
• Understand the impact of environmental services on client business objectives.
• Work with the environmental practice team on various projects.
• Implement environmental reporting and permit plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of environmental compliance experience with manufacturing and/or power generation facilities.
• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio and/or Michigan environmental regulations.
• Exposure to environmental reporting and/or permit/plan implementation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Tier II, TRI, wastewater, storm water, air, and/or SPCC regulations.
