About the position

This internship position at Clarios involves working closely with plant and regional EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) leaders to conduct assessments and integrate findings into the company's systems. The role also includes collaboration with the engineering team on various projects, focusing on system improvements for data sharing and analysis using tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI. The internship is designed for students pursuing degrees in relevant fields and offers a hybrid working arrangement during the summer of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments with plant and regional EHS leaders.
• Finalize format and integration of assessments into the system with the Core Team.
• Coordinate project statuses with regional EHS and Sustainability leaders.
• Work on system improvements for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI.
• Maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Safety, Sustainability or related field.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
