About the position

The Environmental Marketing Coordinator at Sally Beauty Holdings is responsible for supporting and managing daily activities related to key initiatives, special projects, and new store materials for in-store graphics and fixtures across all Sally Beauty stores. This hybrid role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and vendors to develop, design, and implement visual elements, while also tracking project timelines and providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recording project timelines and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Track project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
• Provide regular reports on assigned tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the Environmental Marketing Manager, including research, documentation, and presentations.
• Assist in the procurement and management of vendors for materials, fabrication, and installation of environmental graphics elements.
• Assist in the installing in-store fixtures and marketing visuals.
• Travel locally and around the United States for store installations.
• Ensure that all environmental graphics elements meet quality standards and comply with design specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections during the fabrication and installation process.
• Communicate with vendors and cross-functional partners about any problems that may arise during installation.
• Photograph images and create documentation to help field teams execute a variety of tactics.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with cross-functional projects or initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Environmental Graphics Manager.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and file management.
• Basic understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of environmental graphics materials and techniques.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
