About the position
The Environmental Project Manager at Nutting Environmental of Florida, Inc. is responsible for conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Tank Closure Assessments, and preparing Contaminated Site Assessment Reports. Responsibilities
- Perform Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
- Conduct Tank Closure Assessments.
- Prepare Contaminated Site Assessment Reports for properties in Southeast Florida.
- Collect soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water samples at project sites.
- Evaluate data and communicate findings effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental sciences, chemistry, biology, or a related area.
- At least 1 year of Phase I and II Environmental Property Assessment experience in Florida.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in technical writing related to environmental assessments.
- Experience in collecting soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water samples.
