Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, geology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations related to oil and gas operations (e.g., ECMC, CO DWR, CDPHE).
  • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies.
  • Successful leadership skills to coach, problem solve, and lead a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on the oil and gas industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of environmental remediation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and state regulations.
  • Oversee site assessments, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory forms in accordance with state and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to provide updates and facilitate approvals.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
  • Full-time role with standard work hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible work options.
