Responsibilities

  • Apply laws and regulations pertaining to water control in Michigan.
  • Conduct assessments to ensure effective application of water resource programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote environmental protection.
  • Monitor and report on environmental quality and compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, environmental studies, physical sciences, resource development, or resource management.
  • At least 30 semester credits in relevant scientific fields if the degree is in any major.
  • No specific experience required for Environmental Quality Analyst 9.
  • One year of professional experience for Environmental Quality Analyst 10.
  • Two years of professional experience for Environmental Quality Analyst P11, including one year at the Environmental Quality Analyst 10 level.

Nice-to-haves
