• Utilize CMMS Maximo and MS Office for effective management of operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in custodial services.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in managing custodial operations and leading teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to develop client relationships.
• Technical experience in custodial services and willingness to be hands-on.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing summer operations for professional conferences and K-12 sports conferences.
• Familiarity with historical building maintenance and care.
