About the position

The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for performing a variety of custodial and housekeeping duties throughout the medical center. This role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and refurbishing all areas of assigned facilities, including patient rooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, hallways, and restrooms. The technician may also handle exterior cleaning of entrance areas and sidewalks, as well as trash removal from parking garages. This position is integral to maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize patient rooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Perform exterior cleaning of entrance areas and sidewalks.
  • Remove trash from parking garages.
  • Refurbish all areas of assigned facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred.
