About the position

The EPC Project Manager at Primoris Industrial & Civil will oversee and manage complex gas turbine projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in project management within the energy sector, particularly with gas turbines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical direction and management of gas turbine EPC and General Contractor construction projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Prepare, present, and maintain internal and external stakeholder reporting requirements and products.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years experience in customer relationship management and project management.
• Proficient understanding of design, installation, and operational complexities of gas turbines and their auxiliary systems.
• Familiarity with all major project disciplines: Civil, Structural, Electrical, Controls, Mechanical, and Start-Up.
• Ability to plan EPC project schedules.
• Must be able to gain unescorted access to nuclear power plants.
• Legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for employer-sponsored work authorization.
