About the position

The Epic Clinical Revenue Cycle (CRC) Analyst at UCHealth is a full-time, work-from-home position responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting IT solutions that meet operational, technical, and clinical needs across UCHealth's affiliate sites. The role involves close collaboration with customers to document requirements and effectively communicate changes, focusing on various aspects of the clinical revenue cycle, including care progression, discharge planning, and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, implement, and support IT solutions for clinical revenue cycle needs.
• Work closely with customers to document requirements and communicate effectively with peers.
• Perform basic analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT systems.
• Assist with the development and installation of assigned systems.
• Test and troubleshoot existing and proposed systems.
• Generate reports and write specifications for custom reports.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to end users.
• Document end-user issues and recommend steps to prevent recurrences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epic Certification required.
• Entry-level position with under 1 year of CRC experience.
