About the position

The Revenue Business Solutions Analyst for EPIC Hospital Billing is responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to enhance hospital billing processes. This role involves functional analysis, application configuration, and testing, ensuring that the business processes align with industry standards. The position requires a thorough understanding of hospital billing systems and the ability to support end-users effectively.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Performs functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing.
• Conducts prototypes, develops functional specifications, and performs data mapping and function mapping.
• Identifies and resolves gaps in business processes, including security/authorization setup and user documentation.
• Provides support to end-users for application configuration and in-house developed applications.

Requirements

• Two years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development.
• Experience in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies.
• Advanced computer skills and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Scheduling, ADT, HIM, and Hospital Billing systems.
