About the position

The Epic Optimization Systems Analyst Senior for Primary Care at SSM Health is responsible for optimizing the Epic electronic health record system to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with clinical and operational teams to identify areas for improvement, implementing system enhancements, and providing training and support to end-users. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring that the Epic system meets the needs of the primary care teams and aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify optimization opportunities within the Epic system.
• Implement system enhancements and configurations to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Epic functionalities and best practices.
• Analyze data and system performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and user training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Epic systems, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
