About the position

The Epic Radiant Application Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the Radiant module of the Epic system within the radiology department. This role involves collaboration with clinical staff, IT teams, and leadership to ensure effective implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Radiant application. The analyst will provide technical support and training to end users, enhancing workflow and optimizing business processes to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to make recommendations for computerized application processes.
• Provide primary support for customers while implementing and maintaining systems in a healthcare environment.
• Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team to provide customer-centered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations regarding informatics solutions.
• Assist end-users in improving the use of application systems functionality.

Requirements

• Epic Radiant Certification is required.
• Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience is required.
• Strong technical support and analysis skills are necessary.
• Understanding of radiology workflows is essential.
