About the position

The Epic Research Analyst role is focused on supporting clinical research operations within an academic medical center environment. The position requires expertise in Epic systems, particularly in research clinical and billing workflows, and involves building treatment calendars and conducting coverage analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and familiarity with clinical trials workflows, particularly in oncology studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coverage analysis based on treatment calendar builds.
• Utilize CTMS systems, preferably VElOS or ONCORE, for managing clinical trials.
• Support research clinical and billing processes within the Epic environment.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with research protocols.
• Assist in the management of oncology studies.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in an academic medical center Epic environment.
• Required Epic certifications in Research Clinical and Research Billing.
• Familiarity with clinical trials workflows.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Ambulatory or Beacon systems.
• Experience in oncology studies.
