About the position
We are seeking an experienced Epic WordPress Developer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. This role focuses on managing smaller projects for various 501C non-profit organizations, primarily involving the creation and customization of church websites and other related sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress, custom content management, and eCommerce functionalities, with a commitment to delivering quality work at competitive prices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress websites for non-profit organizations.
- Migrate content from existing sites to new templates.
- Ensure websites are user-friendly and meet the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for completed projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of custom content management and eCommerce solutions.
- Proven ability to create and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
