About the position

The Epicor ERP Application Developer is responsible for the maintenance, design, and enhancement of Epicor ERP applications. This role involves collaborating with end-users to understand their requirements and implementing user-friendly enhancements to the system. The developer will support ongoing user technical requests and assist with the installation and testing of new versions/releases of Epicor ERP.

Responsibilities

• Customizing Forms using Epicor Software Development Kit (C#)
• Developing Epicor Business Process Maps (BPM)
• Developing Business Application Queries (BAQ)
• Creating Method Directives
• Creating Data Directives
• Creating BAQs
• Creating Dashboards
• Deploying patches and upgrades through the Epicor Administration console
• Developing reports using Sequel Services Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Maintaining documentation on changes to supported applications
• Communicating with the software vendors on upgrades, patches and technical requests
• Assisting in the implementation of other software systems as needed

Requirements

• Understanding of relational databases
• General knowledge of Epicor's ERP applications and security
• Knowledge of deploying patches and upgrades using Epicor Administration console
• Knowledge of service connect is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a minimum of four years' experience in ERP implementation and development, or comparable professional experience
• Knowledge of SQL and SSRS
• Knowledge of Epicor ERP and Epicor tools
• Proficient PC skills
• Experience training end users on software systems
• Epicor application/technical support experience
• C Sharp programming desired
