About The Position
Industrious Group, a subsidiary of Itochu International Inc, is seeking an Epicor ERP Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position involves working closely with the ERP Manager to serve as a business advisor across various business areas. The primary responsibility will be to analyze, define, demonstrate, implement, and train users on Epicor ERP within a multi-company, multi-site, and multi-currency environment. The role requires collaboration with business unit leaders to enhance processes and procedures that align with business needs through ERP technology. The Epicor ERP Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and supporting ERP upgrades and installations across all current and future locations. This includes addressing system issues documented in the ticketing system and providing instruction and support to end-users. The specialist will aid in developing project timelines and plans for the integration of Epicor modules, ensuring timely delivery of assigned project tasks and support tickets. Additionally, the role involves testing system modifications, writing procedure documents for new installations, and participating in system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality delivery of new functionalities. The position also requires designing, building, deploying, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards, while adhering to J-SOX policies and procedures. This role is crucial for driving the future integration of Epicor modules and improving the overall adoption and business use of the ERP system.
