About The Position
Industrious Group, a subsidiary of Itochu International Inc, is seeking an Epicor ERP Specialist to work as a business advisor under the direction of the ERP Manager. This role involves collaborating across various business areas to analyze, define, demonstrate, implement, and train users on Epicor ERP within a multi-company, multi-site, and multi-currency environment. The position is primarily based in the US-Midwest, with additional locations on the East Coast and in Mexico. The specialist will be responsible for aiding in business process discovery and documentation, ensuring that the ERP technology meets the evolving needs of the business. The Epicor ERP Specialist will perform business analysis reviews, documentation, and process improvements by working closely with business unit leaders to define new or enhanced processes and procedures. This includes proactively identifying opportunities to improve the adoption and business use of the ERP system. The role also entails maintaining and supporting ERP upgrades and installations across all current and future locations, addressing any issues or incidents documented in the ticketing system related to Epicor ERP/Kinetic. In addition to these responsibilities, the specialist will provide instruction and support to Epicor system end-users, develop timelines and project plans for the integration of Epicor modules, and ensure the timely delivery of assigned project tasks and support tickets. The role requires testing of system modifications, writing procedure documents for newly installed modifications, and participating in system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality delivery of new and upgraded functionalities. The specialist will also design, build, deploy, and maintain BI reports and dashboards while adhering to J-SOX policy and procedures.
