The Epicor Kinetic Analyst position is a 12-month contract role based in Roseville, MN, requiring a hybrid work arrangement of three days onsite and two days remote. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage business operations and financials within the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, which went live in July 2023. The selected candidate will be tasked with reviewing the current system setup, processes, and procedures, as well as exploring automation opportunities within the Epicor Kinetic framework. The goal is to effectively run financials, reporting, and close the general ledger while ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of the new ERP system. As a project manager, the Epicor Kinetic Analyst will lead, oversee, and coordinate essential activities for the successful implementation and completion of the new ERP system. This includes evaluating the current Epicor ERP setup, defining project scope and objectives, and collaborating with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data. The analyst will also coordinate reporting needs, track the assessment of the current environment, and ensure thorough testing of data integrity and functionality. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the migration process to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime, as well as creating a final project report summarizing the entire migration process. Knowledge transfer and training will also be provided where necessary.
