About the position

The Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Specialist at HSAGP Energy LLC is responsible for managing procurement processes, developing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves regular communication with various teams and stakeholders, monitoring key performance indicators, and staying updated on industry trends. The EPC Specialist will lead procurement efforts for goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness while supporting the company's electric vehicle battery production initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full range of procurement processes.
  • Develop, implement, and manage contracts and service level agreements for procurement.
  • Understand contracts, governance, and the contract lifecycle.
  • Contract for General Service/Construction and Labor Service for manufacturing lines.
  • Support global procurement efforts for indirect categories.
  • Own the procurement process and assist in drafting requests for proposals and specifications.
  • Prepare vouchers for purchased items and construction contracts as per payment conditions.
  • Manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ensure service suppliers meet agreed service requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in procurement, preferably in automotive or chemical manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with MRP-ERP business systems.
  • Fluent in SAP MM Module.
  • Working level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Purchasing Manager certification.
  • APICS certification (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
  • Experience in the automotive/chemical manufacturing industry.
