About the position

The EPS Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the EPS team at the International Society of Atlanta. This position involves coordinating meetings, managing educational programming for conferences, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to product licensing and volunteer recognition. The specialist will ensure smooth operations within the EPS department and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and document meetings and team status updates for the EPS team.
  • Assist in the administration of TRAQ facilitator relations, including communication and material distribution.
  • Support the activities of various committees, including arranging conference calls and setting up meetings.
  • Maintain the formal volunteer recognition program for committee volunteers and subject matter experts.
  • Fulfill EPS department comp requests for volunteers and reviewers.
  • Manage conference educational programming activities from abstract submissions to event-day management.
  • Field inquiries regarding product licensing and customer service inquiries related to EPS.
  • Assist in maintaining contracts related to product licensing and royalties.
  • Coordinate with IT support on EPS Department technical needs.
  • Handle inventory processes and quality control issues.
  • Contribute to the administration of the ISA Online Store, including product postings and audits.
  • Carry out fulfillment and inventory processes for international distribution partners and resellers of ISA products.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the EPS Manager.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
