About the position
Culver Academies is seeking an Equine Groom to join our team. The Equine Groom is responsible for performing the work necessary to care for horses, which includes feeding, watering, grooming, turning horses out to pasture, cleaning stalls and stables, and other work assigned by the supervisor. This position is essential to maintaining the well-being of our equine residents and supporting our mission of educating students for leadership and responsible citizenship.

- Turning horses out to pasture
- Cleaning stalls and stables
- Performing other work assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma/HSE
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs
- Physically capable of extensive bending, stooping, and walking
- Experience with a bobcat and other farm equipment is highly desired
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
