About the position

This position is primarily responsible for performing various clerical, data entry and administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities

  • Understands requirements, practices and policies of various Bank clients.
  • Inputs data for new leases for Bank clients.
  • Posts payments to individual lease accounts.
  • Balances cash receipts with payments posted.
  • Records lease terminations.
  • Answers phones and handles customer requests.
  • Prepares deposit tickets and general ledger tickets.
  • Completes general ledger worksheets to data entry for processing.
  • Performs data entry and maintenance for existing accounts.
  • Prepares daily reports and sends to respective Bank clients.
  • Prepares month-end reports and distributes to respective Bank clients.
  • Completes monthly batch billing processes.
  • Prepares and sends out invoices daily.
  • Makes sure all invoices are accounted for and sent out.
  • Prepares and mails late charge notices daily.
  • Processes payment due date change requests.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
  • MS Word - Basic Level
  • MS Excel - Intermediate Level
  • MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
