About the position

The Equipment Manager/Operations Intern will assist in the management and maintenance of equipment for the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes. This internship provides hands-on experience in operations and equipment management within a sports organization, allowing interns to learn about the day-to-day operations and logistics involved in running a sports team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of sports equipment and inventory.
• Support the operations team in daily tasks and logistics.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment storage areas.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and games.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program related to sports management, operations, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
