About the position

The position involves performing various project work which requires safely operating vehicles and a variety of heavy/agricultural equipment that may include, but not limited to; front end loader, belt press, centrifuge, dredger, spreader box, excavator, terragator, and road tractor.
Responsibilities
- Operate truck/equipment in a safe manner at all times
- Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination
- Travel from job site to job site or plant to job site, which may involve overnight travel
- Clean bio-solids off truck/equipment before leaving the field site or landfill
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
- Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on the truck/equipment
- Perform shop clean up, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup
- Maintain operation records
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Drivers' License
- Minimum 2 years of project work experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving/heavy or agricultural equipment experience preferred
- Safe driving record: No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years or DWI/DUI in last 10 years
