About the position

The Equipment Order Processor at UBEO, LLC is responsible for processing equipment orders, entering order information into the system, and ensuring inventory levels are maintained to achieve high fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction. This entry-level position requires effective communication and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail in managing orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Process equipment orders received by branch coordinators.
  • Enter mainframe and equipment accessory serial and other order information into the system.
  • Monitor open-order reports and maintain FIFO concept for order assignment.
  • Work with branch coordinators on scheduling.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels for optimal fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Order equipment and accessories through the purchasing department as needed.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve business operations and streamline work processes.
  • Process and communicate sales orders.
  • Input serial numbers and other information into the E-Automate system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Inventory control experience
  • Typing skills
  • Strong communication skills
