About the position

The Equity Compensation Analyst at UKG plays a crucial role in supporting the administration of the company's global equity programs. This position is designed for individuals eager to grow and learn within the field of equity compensation, working closely with various internal departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of equity award transactions. The role involves day-to-day management of equity programs, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining documentation of processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of the equity programs of the company's global stock plans
• Assist with all aspects of the Fidelity PSW platform to oversee participant equity plan transactions
• Support the preparation and processing of quarterly and ad-hoc restricted stock releases for all employees globally
• Review daily equity transaction reports and facilitate processing of stock option exercises
• Assist with the periodic stock grant process and online equity agreements for all grants
• Monitor grant acceptance process
• Assist with beneficiary/estate process
• Assist with the processing of scheduled dividend payouts
• Review daily file feeds and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data
• Provide tax reports to Payroll for restricted stock releases and stock option exercises
• Support employee understanding of equity awards and company program by addressing inquiries regarding processes and policies
• Develop and maintain documentation of routine workstreams
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5+ years experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration, preferably in a global environment

Nice-to-haves

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field such as Human Resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through
