The Equity Mining Sales Associate is focused and specifically trained for driving incremental sales and acquiring additional inventory for their dealership by actively prospecting our current sales and service databases, as well as identifying conquest customers in our service drives. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be expected to utilize your communication and organizational skills to follow up with customers effectively. You will also need to be comfortable working with technology and have a valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
  • Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to follow up with customers.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
