About The Position
Sands Capital is looking for a Research Analyst that has strong domain expertise with experience working across the Consumer, Industrial, and Technology sectors to join us as a member of our Investment Team. The Research Analyst will act as a thought leader for fundamental growth investments in developed markets, with a primary focus on the U.S. In coordination with Sands Capital's strategies, Research Analysts identify and recommend businesses that meet Sands Capital's six investment criteria. Research Analysts typically have 7+ years of investment experience, deep domain expertise, a strong investing track record, and highly effective communication skills.
