Responsibilities

• Working underneath publishing analysts to cover healthcare services sub-sectors.
• Building and maintaining '3-statement' financial models and industry-oriented databases.
• Conducting proprietary research, evaluating the competitive landscape, analyzing industry news and company filings, attending presentations, and speaking with key opinion leaders.
• Closely monitoring healthcare industry news and trends.
• Writing research reports for initiations of coverage, analysis of data, and industry/company news.
• Conceiving and executing on differentiated project ideas.
• Interfacing with company management teams, internal sales/trading personnel, and institutional investors.
• Maintaining relationships with industry contacts.
• Executing corporate access events, including company non-deal roadshows, conferences, summits, and expert interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn and work independently with limited direction.
• Proactive collaborator and team player.
• Effective at managing upward.
