About The Position
Sands Capital is seeking a motivated Research Associate (RA) to join our Investment Team, focusing on technology investments. The firm is primarily seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience within investment banking, consulting, and/or investment management. This individual will support and assist an experienced Portfolio Manager, Sr. Research Analyst to help monitor existing investments and conduct research on new investment ideas within global technology, with a focus on public semiconductor companies. The RA is typically expected to work for 2-4 years before either leaving for external opportunities or being considered for internal promotion based on performance and firm needs.
